Nawww man, it does not matter who gets the BPO, the whinage you hear is usually from people who are fairly new to EVE, or the ones who have no adapted to EVE properly and are jealous and think that T2 BPOs are the proverbial "end-game."
Too many idiots joined the game recently who are too lazy, or too stupid to find ways of making ISK, so what they do? They want to turn EVE into communist state, so we all join hand and sing koom-by-ya and everyone will be "equal" and free in our mutual ignorance and stagnation.
Wait till they wake up, and start posting here and flaming...
And, to reiterate, all jokes aside, the BPOs should be released to the public. Either through a lottery, or through a small chance of inventing an actual BPO.
Whatever the case may be, the demand would not be enough to satisfy the supply, it can only be done if we had at least 20 of Each BPO released + the Invention.
